ACE TUITION is run from a centre by a qualified teacher with over 18 years experience, including a spell of ten years in grammar schools. Children follow an individual programme of study, there is no group teaching. Each lesson is two hours long and all there are never more than six children in any class.


Children attend Ace Tuition to:

  • Improve in maths and English, to gain confidence and make more progress   
  • Prepare for the 11+ grammar schools test                                                
  • Aim for a higher SATs level in year 6                                                        
  • Prepare for entry into Independent schools                                                              

When your child joins Ace Tuition you will not need to buy any books or stationery. All text books, exercise books, stationery, test papers and other materials are provided free of charge.

A wide range of test papers are used; real maths and English SATs papers from previous years, Bond, NFER, Athey, Learn Together, CGP and other papers for the 11+. For independent schools, CEE papers are provided, these are real exam papers used by major independent schools.
