Grammar School Preparation Since 1994
ACE TUITION is run by a former school teacher with over 18 years teaching experience in British schools, including a spell of ten years in grammar schools. Children follow an individual programme of study, there is no group teaching. Each lesson is two hours long and there are six children in each class.


Children attend Ace Tuition to:

  • Improve in maths and English
  • Prepare for the 11+ grammar schools test                                                
  • Aim for a higher SATs level in year 6                                                        
  • Prepare for entry into Independent schools                                                              

When your child joins Ace Tuition you will not need to buy any books or stationery. All text books, exercise books, stationery, test papers and other materials are provided free of charge.

A range of test papers are used; maths and English SATs papers from previous years, Bond, NFER, Athey, Learn Together, CGP and other papers for the 11+. For independent schools, Common Entrance Exam papers are provided, these are real exam papers used by many independent schools. (Indpendent schools are also known as private schools or public schools)
