Grammar School Preparation Since 1994The 11+ Grammar School Test
This is a competitive test which children sit between October and December of year 6. The tests for fee-paying independent schools (private schools / public schools) take place in January of year 6.
Grammar schools provide the very highest level of education and most children will benefit from a grammar school education. Many grammar schools produce results which are superior to fee-paying private schools!

Most children join Ace Tuition when they start year 4, this gives them two years to prepare for the 11+ and improve their chances of success. The children who tend to pass are usually working at level 4A in maths and English at the end of year 5.
The
tests
usually consist of 3/4
separate papers, each of 30-50 minutes duration. The tests can be in
standard written form and/or multiple choice. Children are prepared
for all four tests in both formats.
